The Noah Webster House & West Hartford Historical Society will host its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. Museum members and the general public are invited to attend. Following the meeting, Museum of Connecticut History Curator Dave Corrigan will present a lecture on Connecticut’s involvement in WWI. April 2017 marks the 100th anniversary of the United States’ entry into WWI. Mr. Corrigan will discuss the ways Connecticut contributed to the war, including stories related to West Hartford. In addition, items relating to WWI in the collection of the Noah Webster House & West Hartford Historical Society will be on display. This event is free and open to the public. No registration required.
